TERMS & CONDITIONS

GENERAL

1. Please DO NOT ORDER if you CANNOT WAIT!
2. NO DEAD BUYERS or WILL BE BLACK LISTED!
3. All items are SUBJECTED TO AVAILABILITY!
4. Payments are to be made once confirmation is sent.
5. Payments must be made within 24 hours of confirmation.
6. Payments are done through Paypal only. Otherwise, items will be released to the next interested person.
7. Items will take at most 5-7 days after supplier have received stock.
8. Out of stock items will be refunded.
9. Purchased items price should not exceed SGD400.

SHIPPING

1. Payments should be make first before receiving products.
2. All products will carry the risk of lost mail.
3. Kindly opt for registered post for guaranteed safe delivery.
4. beautyfaithconcept.webs.com will not be held responsible for loss items through normal postage.
5. In addition, it is the customer's responsibility to go to Singpost. Refunds will not be granted.

EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION

1. Cancellation of order should be done before the closing date of final confirmation.
2. Full refunds can be done for out of stock items only.
3. Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days from the day items has been mailed out.
4. If items do have defects, please provide images as proof to beauty.faith.concept@gmail.com.
5. There could be a possibility of colour differences between web images and physical items, hence such items are non-exchangeable.
